1993.02.11 - Zurich, Switzerland @ Electric Ballroom
Euro-Tour
Opening for: Rage Against The Machine
Source: Sound Board > Analog Cables > Cassette-M > DAT-2 @ 32 KHZ
Taper: Sound Engineer
Gen: DAT-2
Notes: This board is unique in the fact that MJK's vocals are arguably the most "saturated" here than on any other board recording including FM-aired performances; particularly on the first few songs. The overall recording leaves one with a rather dull or lackluster impression of the recording itself - although - there are a few interesting vocal effects that are quite easy to hear on this recording - something unique. At times, it sounds like all of the instruments are being ran through some type of compression or something like that. Entire sound is somewhat muted. There appears to be a fair amount of panning through this mix as some parts change in intensity + volume almost randomly, throughout. Weird. I wonder if the sound engineer was experimenting with sound because it does not appear to be related to something like tape warble or anything like that...
