Notes: There seems to be a little more crowd noise than on this taper's other recordings, for a little while at least. This must be due to the location, farther away in back then closer to the front, later on. Still, it is interesting how an analog recording like this can sound better than the majority of MD recordings out there. Hmm. There is a little bit of -space- between the taper & the speakers which may take a little while to get used to but is not really an issue at all. Tool seems to be in the same performance mode as they did back in the summer '02 tour - calculated, meticulous but yet not very expansive, setlist wise. But, really, I wonder how many people at this show realized or cared, for that matter. Tool put on a very tight performance which I am sure folks in Billings will be chatting on about for a while to come. All in all, interesting & completely worthwhile.
