I thought about jamming in a list of different sources for this particular recording as Source A, B, C, etc. however I decided that there are too many altered and/or incomplete sources to justify that. It should be noted that up until 2020 virtually every known variant of this performance lacked Intolerance. For years, every bootleg variant was sourced solely from the Westwood One version either from recording it from the FM radio or the Westwood One CD which has commercials between songs. In 2020, Sylvia Massy quickly sold a bunch of rare Tool items off of her website for an insane amount of money per item. She sold a recording of this show on DAT to someone who later released it after transfer from a DAT-1. Tacked at the end of the DAT was this particular and elusive performance of Intolerance. To further complicate matters, there is a different DAT (complete) version which has been known to travel in small circles since the late oughts with Intolerance sitting at the end.

Notes 2024: Had to add the Massy vs. Zoo DAT sources of this, you know, just to complicate matters.

Other than the Westwood One recording, TFTD is probably the most wide-spread Tool recordings., referring to actual illicit bootleg-for-profit CDs. "Sleep Forever" and Opium Den have some filler from other recordings.
